Last updated: July 2026. FindHomeLah has no accounts — you can use it without signing in. This page explains what we collect and why.
- What we log. When you ask a question we record the question text, an anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser, a hashed (not raw) version of your IP address, your browser/device type, the answer the tool returned, and a timestamp. This is used to understand usage and improve the tool.
- AI processing. Your question is sent to a third-party AI service hosted outside Singapore to generate the reply. You do not need to provide your name, NRIC, or any identity document to use the tool — avoid entering information you do not want processed in this way.
- Cookies / local storage. We use a local browser identifier and your preferences (such as the map lens you chose). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Public data only. Property prices, rents, and listing data shown are aggregated from public sources and are not personal data about you.
- No sale of data. We do not sell your data.
- Retention. Usage logs are kept only as long as needed for the purpose above, then removed.
- Your rights (PDPA). You may clear the browser identifier at any time by clearing your browser storage. For other requests, contact us via the in-app chat.
- Children. The service is not directed at children under 18.
